The tool measures 8 in square and makes 15 in finished pinwheels. The product includes the tool, instructions for use, and a quilt pattern for 64in x 64in throw like the example quilt photo shown here which was made with (36) 10in squares (from one layer cake), 1-1/4 yards background fabric, and 1-1/4 yards wide border fabric.
