This 50.5 in x 67 in throw quilt was designed as a fun, quick project. The star blocks use a stitch and flip technique and are designed to make it impossible to accidentally cut off points. Wave blocks are strip-pieced and require no seam matching.
There are also no seams to match when joining blocks or rows, making this a very stress-free design. While the cover quilt has a seaside vibe, the design would also look lovely in holiday colors, or in any color combination to suit personal taste or a particular season.
