Twister Frosty Quilt Pattern by Need'l Love

This pattern has the option to make the snowman head or the full body. 38-1/2" x 71-3/4" Snowman Full Body quilt and 19" x 19" Snowman Head wall hanging --- both with a pinwheel "twist "... designed by Becky Cogan. The Snowman Full Body Quilt quilt uses 3" finished squares and the Primitive Gatherings Primitive Pinwheels (or the Tiny Twister) tool to "twist pinwheels". The 19" x 19" Snowman Head wallhanging uses 2" finished squares and the "Itty Bitty" Pinwheels tool to "twist pinwheels". Our pattern also includes instructions to make the head in a larger size of 33-1/4" x 33-1/4" (only the head portion of the Snowman Full Body quilt), with 3" finished squares and the "Tiny Twister" tool.
