Shipping
Shipping Policy
- At his time, we only ship to the contiguous U.S.
- We ship via USPS and UPS.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order weight -- EXCEPT for orders that are for patterns only (see below). The weight of an item can be found on its detail page. All weights are rounded up to meet shipping industry standards.
- When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We offer priority mail as an option.
- Most orders ship within 3-4 business days from New Hampshire. Actual delivery time will vary based on the shipping method and destination.
- You will receive shipping carrier and tracking information for your order (except for pattern orders) via email.
- Flat rate Priority USPS shipping is available upon request.
Pattern Shipping Only
Due to rising shipping costs and the weight standards for package shipping, we are offering a special mailing option for standard sewing, quilting & embroidery patterns.
- Orders for one or two patterns (standard size - not oversized - no other add-ons) will be shipped for $2.50 via standard USPS first-class mail. It will be shipped without tracking. If you would like to have your order shipped with tracking, please contact us BEFORE placing the order. While we have not had issues with missing packages, we will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or missing packages shipped via this method.
- Multiple (3 or more), oversize, heavy-weight, or Patterns with add-ons such as buttons or charms will fall into our weight standards for tracked shipping and will be charged our standard shipping policy.
Books and Magazine Shipments
We will ship books and magazines via USPS media mail for more reasonable pricing. If you need your item sooner, please contact us BEFORE checkout to let us know. We will adjust the pricing of the shipping based on the weight and distance.
