Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Sale items may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged
• There are no refunds or exchanges on cut fabric.
• We do our best to provide photos from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, electronic screens (computers, tablets, phones, etc.) can distort the colors or shades of fabric. For this reason, if you purchased fabric and it simply isn't the "color or shade" you had in mind, this will not warrant a return, credit, or refund.
• We inspect all fabric and supplies before shipping to ensure there are no damages.  Any shipping damage upon receipt of goods will need to be addressed by the shipping carrier.
• If we send you an incorrect item, we will correct it.  It will be at our discretion as to if it will be a refund, store credit, or exchange.
• All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Opened or damaged goods are not acceptable for return, refund, or exchange.
• All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be made within 30 days of order and have prior approval.  Items returned without approval will not warrant a refund or exchange.
• Requests must be made in writing. After approval, we will provide instructions about the return, refund, or store credit process.
• If being returned, refunds will be issued once the item(s) are received by us. Currently, the transit time for us to receive your return from most shippers is anywhere from 5 to 14 business days.  Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt of goods for refund completion.
• Refunds for approved returns will be given in the same method as the original payment was made or as store credit.
• Refunds on shipping charges will be at our discretion
• If there is a problem such as a shortage or back-order with your order, we will contact you. We will advise what solutions are available. The choice is then yours as to whether you want to cancel, replace or wait for the order to arrive.
