About Us

Joyful Stitches is a family-owned and operated business. We have a long family history in the sewing/clothing industry and extensive knowledge of sewing and quilting. 

Joyful Stitches was Initially established as a finished goods (clothing) supplier in the early 1990s but has now evolved (2011) to become an online resource for sewing, quilting, and needlework supplies. We offer current fabrics, threads, patterns, and notions as well as specialty items from talented industry artists and designers. We also have some unique, hard-to-find, and exclusive items from time to time. If you are looking for something retro or vintage, let us know. We love a research challenge!

Our mission is to promote and foster the Art of Sewing and Quilting. We strive to provide quality products at reasonable prices. To do this we keep informed through research, education, and connecting with other industry members.

We add new items several times a week, so mark our website as a favorite and visit us often.
